Rhaphiolepis indica gets pink flowers in spring and flowers in May and June.
This perennial will flower for the second time in the autumn. It is an evergreen Mediterranean shrub and thus keeps its leaves in winter.
In addition to flowering twice a year, the Indian hawthorn also has beautiful black / blue berries that remain in the winter after flowering.

It tolerates almost all soil types and can therefore be planted in the ground without problems.
In the summer, little to normal watering is sufficient, can be reasonably good against drought.
Fertilizing in the spring is sufficient.
After flowering, there may possibly be a pruning to keep the bush compact.
In the winter and in a tub, the Rhaphiolepis does not need a lot of water, slightly moist is fine, keep the tub free of frost.
