Vitis Vinifera Alphonso Lavalle is a hardy grape that thrives well in the northern-European climate and fruits there as well. The black-purple grapes have a thick peel and are therefore well protected against illness and fungi. The colour of the grapes also goes well with the green leaves of the plant. Can be kept as a potted plant but will also grow very well in the soil. The plants that we chose grow next to a bamboo stick and are therefore well suited to be planted as an espalier. This specie is specially selected by our grower because of it's high yield of fruit!

The grapes are very resistant to disease and in the autumn the leaf turns into all kinds of beautiful colors.
The grape may occasionally receive a manure donation during the summer months.
In the month of December he can be pruned back.
Grape plants in our climate require a sheltered spot on the south, which will certainly benefit the fruit yield. If kept as a tub plant, the pot overwinters frost-free.
